No. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns, unless BreatheLabs shipped the wrong or defective product. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping may also be your responsibility. For defective products, BreatheLabs may, at its discretion, cover return shipping or direct you to destroy the product.
