I've used the LungIQ for 14 days already but my baseline has not been generated - why?Updated 2 months ago

In order to ensure that the LungIQ has a reliable understanding of your baseline cough behaviour, you must be within tracking range of the device for at least 6 hours a day in order to for that day to be contributed to your baseline. If you are not in range of the device for at least 6 hours of that day, that day will not be contributed to your baseline. This is done to ensure that your cough baseline is truly representative of your cough behaviour.
